I'm a music junkie. I enjoy all types of music whether it's classical, country, rock & roll, opera, bluegrass, folk, you name it-- I'll listen to it all--with the exception of gangsta rap. I played the piano for many years and have always had a deep love of music. I'm constantly looking for something new to listen to.
This cd caught my eye. I grew up listening to Led Zeppelin. Anyone growing up in the 70's will tell you that Stairway to Heaven was the #1 song at high school dances. Obviously, I'm a fan. Seeing Robert Plant on the cover of the cd shocked me though. He's gettin' old but his voice hasn't changed a bit!
Just recently, I discovered Alison Krauss. I think she has the voice of an angel. I was surprised to see they both teamed up to record an album together, so I bought it purely out of curiosity.
I'm so glad I did. I've been playing it over and over. One of my favorite songs on the cd is Fortune Teller.
I found this video on You Tube about the making of the cd and thought you'd like to watch it. They play a few songs so you can hear a bit of what they sound like together. I think it's a great mix and one of my faves at the moment.
Enjoy!

I really liked that. Thanks!
This is an amazing and uplifting CD, I got it just before Christmas and then bought it for my Mum for Christmas too! Happy Listening and thanks for sharing the video.

Led Zeppelin is my favorite all-time group, especially their first album (the black-and-white one with the zeppelin). My favorite song is "You Shook Me."
