Cut & Paste Sewing Suitcase Box
This is what's been taking me so long to complete! I found these balsawood suitcases at Michaels for $2. I have a bunch of old craft magazines and decided to cut up the ads and decopauge them on the box. I covered every side of the box and once it was dry, sprayed it with a couple of coats of clear paint. I'm planning on giving them as gifts this Christmas. Each box will include small scissors, embroidery floss, one of my felt wrist pin cushions and a small felt needle book with needles. It will be a great gift for my crafty friends.
Remember the chubby felt flowers? I've purchased some adjustable silver ring shanks and am adding the flower to the ring. They're really cute. I'll have pics tomorrow and I'm planning on adding a limited amount of them to the boutique. They'll make great stocking stuffers!
