Key to My Heart Tutorial

I recently came into possession of some vintage house keys.  I hung a few on a chain to wear as a necklace, but thought they would make great Valentine's Day gifts as actual key chains.

Since I work in recycled silver and other metal, I have die letter stamps in many sizes and decided to stamp 'Key to My' on a copper heart.  You don't need to have these supplies, in fact you can make hearts out of fimo clay and write on them with a permanent marker or sew some hearts out of felt and embroider the words on.
Get creative with what you have on hand!

You also don't need old skeleton keys.  Use any old keys you're not using any longer and decorate them with stick on crystals or rhinestones.
This is a fun and quick project for any age!
