It is that time of year when this gurl harvests lavender.
I cut the lavender, make bunches tied at their ends with string and then hang them in the gurl cave with a sheet draped over in order to catch any falling bits.
The cottage is smelling quite lovely now.
In order to preserve the heavenly smell, I made some little heart sachets from what?
Of course... the vintage floral sheet I thrifted. I told ya the floral frenzy was continuing.
I like to hand stitch each one and before I fill and close them, I fray the edges.
These are my favorite gifts to give and I always make extra to hang in my closets and my car.
