Another basket

I'm still a bit rusty after not making these for over 20 years, but I thought I'd share another little basket that I've made for a new blog friend. I made this one out of a knubby tweed yarn and I love all the different specks of colors.

For some reason I feel the need to name them Beehive Baskets or maybe Yurts. I'm also wanting to stitch a door and windows on them. Humm, I'll have to work on that idea. Also, I can see a tassle or pom pom coming out of the top.

These are easy to make and you can make one in an evening. I'm working on a tutorial if there's any interest.

I'm interested! I'd love a tutorial ;) As soon as I saw the little pot/basket on Blair's blog I immediately thought of three people I'd love to make one for...

I just found your blog today and I'm definitely interested in a tutorial of the baskets, even super large sizes to go on a table top would be cool.
