Here are my new Mao Mary Janes! I saw a pair in Adorn magazine and decided I needed try it. This isn't the easiest project but it can be done within a couple of hours. I want to make another pair with just colorful stitching around the upper edge.

I always had a pair of those shoes as a child - we called them Happy Shoes in Australia
