I just discovered this and am so excited to tell you about it.
Scrapblog.com is a site which allows you to upload pictures from your computer or FLICKR account and create really cute scrapbook pages. You can use their pre-designed templates or start with a blank page and use 1000s of their free elements to decorate your pages from scratch.
The site is easy to navigate and there's a video tour which is very helpful. You can also upload your own videos and share your scrap pages or book on your blog.
I created this page in about five minutes.
